1. How did ITV Ventures™ begin?

2. What is an IBO?

An IBO is an Independent Business Owner within ITV Ventures™.

3. How do I become an IBO?

4. What does it mean to be an IBO?

It means having the opportunity to build your own home-based ITV Ventures™ business in an exclusive alliance with ITV, one of the world’s largest and most successful infomercial companies that generates thousands of leads from each ITV show. The lead programs offered can accelerate your business growth and secure your future.

5. How do I get these leads?

Lead packages are available for purchase to all active IBOs. Leads can be accessed in various categories such as Customers and IBO leads.

6. What does it cost to be an IBO?

There are a couple ways you can become an IBO. The first way is with the IBO Basic package for $165 which includes the “Business in a Briefcase”, the total living™ catalog, Customized Website Business Management Center (BMS-back office), How to Get Started Fast materials, corporate services, a personalized website, order processing, customer service, business information services, bonus payment administration, business reporting, technical support, and other business and training materials. The second way to get involved is with the optional IBO Premier Package for $299. This premier package includes the entire package above plus over $400 in retail product. We believe that the Premier IBO Package will significantly increase an IBO’s knowledge of the products and ability to become successful.

7. What are the IBO requirements?

8. How do I make money as an IBO?

There are three distinct ways to earn with ITV Ventures™:

1. Retail Sales: Earn up to 100% profit! This is one of the fastest ways to earn quickly (see more detailed explanation below).
2. Enroll Total Living™ Members: this is a “Preferred Customer” concept and a wonderful way to offer substantial discounts for friends and family (see more detailed explanation below).
3. Sponsor new IBOs and build your “Power Matrix™” This creates long term residual income (see more detailed explanation below).

RETAIL SALES COMMISSIONS: Paid weekly

Create Customers (through the lead programs) or on your own and earn the difference between the wholesale cost of the product(s) and the retail price. For example: If the wholesale cost of a product is $20 and you sell it for $40, you earn $20, or 100% profit! You never have to actually purchase the product. ITV Ventures™ handles all transactions on your behalf, ships directly to your customer and sends you a weekly check for your retail commissions. Simple, efficient and profitable!

TOTAL LIVING™ MEMBERS (TLM) COMMISSIONS: Paid weekly

The cost of being enrolled into the Total Living™ Membership program is $99 per year. When you enroll a (TLM) you earn:

• $25 Fast Cash Bonus on each TLM you enroll
• $25 each year thereafter that they renew their Membership
• 35% commission on half of their wholesale order

Remaining half of their wholesale becomes personal volume in your Power Matrix™

SPONSORING NEW IBOs:

Each and every time you personally sponsor an IBO you earn:

$100 Fast Cash Bonus, paid weekly as a commission on the product that comes with the purchase of the IBO Premier Package
Commission payout of 2% to 8%, paid on levels 1 through 7 of the total volume of your Power Matrix™ organization, paid monthly

Substantial residual income can be created through the Order Assurance Program (OAP).

9. What is the OAP and how does it work?

The Order Assurance Program (OAP) offers discounts to Customers and TLMs who choose to have their product shipped automatically each month. ITV Ventures™ handles order fulfillment and shipping to your Customers and TLMs and pays you the appropriate commissions. This “assures” their orders arrive consistently each month with no effort on their part or yours!

10. What is a Power Matrix™?

It is a combination of commissioned wholesale volume that is generated by the IBOs who have been sponsored into levels 1 through 7 of your organization.

11. How do I place in my Power Matrix™?

The Power Matrix™ computer program handles that for you. The computer reads from left to right and automatically places new IBOs in the next available spot.

Regardless of where an IBO falls within your Power Matrix™, if you personally sponsored that IBO, you always remain the Sponsor and are paid according to the level payout on which they are placed. This is called Spill.

12. What exactly is Spill?

Actually, it’s called spill over, and this is the great news!
Spill over is the term used to describe what happens when any line of your Power Matrix™, is filled up and you want to add (sponsor) a new IBO. The new IBO will automatically fall into in the next available space in one of your existing IBOs lines. This is the fastest way to build the levels of your Matrix and the sooner you are earning increased percentage payouts.

13. How is this volume created?

There are two types of volume:

Personal Volume (PV): this is the total of your personal purchases and customer purchases. The $100 per month PV requirement can be met with any combination of the above. If your customers and TLM volume exceeds $100 per month, you have met your $100 PV requirement.
Group Volume (GV): this is the total cumulative volume created by each IBO within your Power Matrix™.

14. How does the Power Matrix™ work?

Each time you sponsor a new IBO, or each time they sponsor a new IBO, your Power Matrix™ grows. There are 7 levels of your Matrix that fill automatically as the customized computer program reads from left to right and places people in the next available spot as you sponsor new IBOs.

There are 4 spots on your first level; 16 on the second; 64 on the third, etc. The Power Matrix™ grows through geometric progression in multiples of four.

All you need to make your business grow is to continue Sponsoring new IBOs and teaching them to do the same!

15. Are there additional bonuses available to me?

Yes. There are many bonuses as you move up through the various ranks of the Payout Plan. (*see Payout Plan overview on itvventures.com and the full explanation in your Business in a Briefcase). However, there are TWO immediate bonus opportunities:

A $100 Fast Cash Bonus paid as a commission on the product that comes with the purchase of the IBO Premier Package
Other bonus called Infinity Bonus and are explained further in the “Ranking” question

16. What are the qualifications to maintain my Power Matrix™?

Being an “Active Commission Qualified” IBO simply means that you meet the $100 PV requirement and participate in the Monthly Action Plan (MAP) required training ($29.95 per month).

17. What happens if I don’t stay Active?

Any Representative failing to produce Personal Volume (PV) in the ITV Marketing and Compensation Plan for two (2) consecutive calendar months will be automatically terminated. Any representative that does not produce the required $100 (one hundred dollars) Personal Volume (PV) worth of products for one month will be required to purchase or sell $200 (two hundred dollars) worth of products the following month or will be automatically terminated. Also, any Representative that fails to participate in the MAP (Monthly Action Program), which is the ongoing education and training system for ITV Ventures™, for two (2) consecutive months will be automatically terminated.

18. What do I earn at the various levels of the Payout Plan?

4 x 7 Power Matrix™ pays out:

2% on Level 1
3% on Level 2
5% on Level 3
5% on Level 4
6% on Level 5
6% on Level 6
8% on Level 7

19. How do I earn that?

IBOs will be paid on 2 levels immediately when initially sponsored into ITV Ventures™
Sponsor 1 IBO – paid on 3rd level
Sponsor 2 IBOs – paid on 4th level
Sponsor 3 IBOs – paid on 5th level
Sponsor 4 IBOs – paid on 6th level
Sponsor 5 IBOs – paid on 7th level

*IBOs must be Active and Commission Qualified to be eligible for depth payout.

Note: Number of personally sponsored IBOs may occur over a series of months, but the numbers who are commission qualified applies to month of rank achievement. Rank achievement is retroactive to 1st of month.

20. Does ITV Ventures™ have a car program?

Yes. The car allowance bonus begins at One Star Platinum status and increases through Three Star Platinum status. This is explained in detail within the next question.

21. How do I progress through the various ranks of the Payout Plan?

IBO Levels of Achievement are:

Bronze IBO:
Maintain 2 personally sponsored Commission
Qualified IBOs

Silver IBO:
Maintain 4 personally sponsored Commission
Qualified IBOs

*Silver - 1000 Organizational Volume
**Silver - 1500 Organizational Volume

Gold IBO:
Maintain 8 personally sponsored Commission
Qualified IBOs

*Gold - 2500 Organizational Volume

Platinum IBO:
Maintain 10 personally sponsored Commission Qualified IBOs who have each sponsored one or more commission qualified IBOs and 2 consecutive months of $10,000 Organization Volume (including their own Personal Volume) within their 4X7 Power Matrix™

1% Infinity Bonus on Coded Organization Volume

One Star Platinum IBO:
20 personally sponsored Commission Qualified IBOs who have each sponsored one or more commission qualified IBOs and 2 consecutive months of $20,000 Organizational Volume, including their own Personal Volume, within their 4X7 Power Matrix™

2% Infinity Bonus on Coded Organizational Volume
Qualifies for monthly car bonus of $500 with ownership documentation (Car Bonuses are paid monthly)

Two Star Platinum IBO:
30 personally sponsored Commission Qualified IBOs who have each sponsored one or more commission qualified IBOs and 2 consecutive months of $30,000 Organizational Volume, including their own Personal Volume, within their 4X7 Power Matrix™

3% Infinity Bonus on Coded Organization Volume
Qualifies for monthly car bonus of $750 with ownership documentation

Three Star Platinum IBO:
50 personally sponsored Commission Qualified IBOs who have each sponsored one or more commission qualified IBOs and 2 consecutive months $50,000 Organizational Volume (including their own Personal Volume) within their 4x7 Power Matrix™

5% Infinity Bonus on Coded Organization Volume
Qualifies for monthly car bonus of $1000 with ownership documentation
22. What is “Coded” Organizational Volume?

As soon as an IBO achieves Platinum status the process of “coding the organization” begins. The coded organization starts with the first newly personally sponsored IBO that the new Platinum IBO sponsors into their organization.

From this point on, all IBOs sponsored into the organization are “coded”. The Infinity Bonus is paid out on the “coded” portion of the organization only. It is paid out to an unlimited number of depth levels, until a new
Platinum IBO emerges within his organization.

Once a new Platinum IBO emerges within an existing Platinum’s organization, the new Platinum IBO’s organization begins to be coded. The Infinity Bonus portion payout of that leg is paid to the new Platinum IBO on his coded organization only.

23. What is an Infinity Bonus?

This bonus applies to Platinum IBOs and is a percentage of Volume paid on “Infinity Line” Coded Organization(s).

Once Platinum status is achieved, the next IBO
Personally Sponsored into the Matrix becomes an
“Infinity Line,” (Coded Organization) and a 1% Infinity
Bonus takes effect. This is paid down to the next equal ranking IBO.

When One Star Platinum status is achieved: the next IBO sponsored into the Matrix begins a new “Infinity Line” (Coded Organization) and a 2% Infinity Bonus is paid on that line. This is paid down to the next equal ranking IBO.

When Two Star Platinum status is achieved: the next IBO sponsored into the Matrix begins a new “Infinity Line” (Coded Organization) and a 3% Infinity Bonus is paid on that line. This is paid down to the next equal ranking IBO.

When Three Star Platinum status is achieved: the next IBO sponsored into the Matrix begins a new “Infinity Line” (Coded Organization) and a 5% Infinity Bonus is paid on that line. This is paid down to the next equal ranking IBO.
