Independent Business Owners (IBOs) are eligible to participate in the ITV Ventures™ compensation plan.

All new IBOs need a sponsor, and an active IBO may sign up a new IBO, retail customer, or Total Living™ Member (TLM) through the Business Management Center (back office) of their ITV Ventures™ customized website.

Active and Commission Qualified IBO requirements include:

• $29.95 Monthly Action Plan (MAP) business building training program

• Order Assurance Program (OAP): Personal product purchases/Personal Volume (PV) each month of $100+

• Annual Renewal Fee of $99

IBO Payout Plan

• $100 Fast Cash Bonus paid as commission on each Personally Sponsored new IBO’s product purchase that comes with the IBO Premier package

• Earn up to 100% profit on retail customer sales

• $25 Bonus for enrolling Total Living™ Members (TLM) (paid weekly, when applicable)

• 35% commissions paid on half the wholesale value of TLM’s wholesale purchases. Remaining half of value counts towards personal volume (PV)

• 2%–8% matrix commission payout on Levels 1–7

• 2% on Level 1

• 3% on Level 2

• 5% on Level 3

• 5% on Level 4

• 6% on Level 5

 The qualifications for Matrix commission payouts are:

• IBOs will be paid on 2 levels when first enrolled

• Maintain Personally Sponsored
  1 IBO – paid on 3rd level

• Maintain Personally Sponsored
  2 IBOs – paid on 4th level

• Maintain Personally Sponsored
  3 IBOs – paid on 5th level

• Maintain Personally Sponsored
  4 IBOs – paid on 6th level

• Maintain Personally Sponsored
  5 IBOs – paid on 7th level

• IBOs must be active and commission qualified to be eligible for Matrix commissions

• IBOs can add a 5th IBO on their first level when levels 1, 2 and 3 are full

• Achieved status always remains, but IBOs will be paid commissions according to Active Status. (Active Status means meeting the monthly $100 PV qualifications and the $29.95 per month MAP)

Any Representative failing to produce Personal Volume (PV) in the ITV Marketing and Compensation Plan for two (2) consecutive calendar months will be automatically terminated. Any representative who does not produce the required $100 (one hundred dollars) Personal Volume worth of products for one month will be required to purchase or sell $200 (two hundred dollars) worth of products the following month or will be automatically terminated. Also, any Representative who fails to participate in the Monthly Action Program (MAP), which is the ongoing education and training system for ITV Ventures™, for two (2) consecutive months, will be automatically terminated.

Roll up Policy

• When a position becomes empty, the frontline IBO with the highest status will “roll up” into that vacant position with other frontline IBOs becoming frontline to that IBO

  • When status is equal, the IBO with the largest number of personally sponsored active IBOs will roll up

  • If still equal, the IBO with the largest group volume will roll up

  • Customers from the position being rolled up will be reassigned to the first non-cancelled Upline IBO

• Personally Sponsored IBOs (from the rolled up position) will go to his Sponsor

Commission Qualifications:

a. Retail Profit and Fast Cash Bonuses:

Continuously active IBOs are qualified to earn Retail Profit and Fast Cash Bonuses

b. Matrix Based Commissions and Bonuses:

Require both:
1. A monthly volume qualification of $100 Personal Volume (PV) during the calendar month

AND

2. Enrollment in the ITV Ventures™ monthly training program called the Monthly Action Program (MAP)

A few things to note:

• Personal Volume (PV) is made up of volume from product purchased personally by the IBO, as well as by their Customers and Total Living™ Members

• Group Volume (GV) is made up of the sum of all PV or wholesale volume of all the IBOs in your downline, including an IBO’s own PV.

• Group Volume (GV) within your Power Matrix™ is made up of the sum of all PV or wholesale volume of all the IBOs in your Power Matrix™ (levels 1 through 7) including an IBO’s own PV

• PV created from Customers or TLMs can satisfy the $100 monthly PV requirement

• IBOs will be shipped a pre-assembled product pack that will ship automatically to satisfy monthly PV qualification (or an IBO can customize their OAP product). The pre-assembled pack or customized product order is only shipped if in any given month the PV requirement is not met through personal, customer, or TLM purchases

• IBOs are automatically enrolled in the Monthly Action Program (MAP) at $29.95 per month for required training

• 1% Coding Organization Bonus, on Platinum Coded Organization Volume

One Star Platinum IBO: 20 personally sponsored Commission Qualified IBOs who have each sponsored one or more commission qualified IBOs and 2 consecutive months of $20,000 Group Volume (including their own Personal Volume) within their Power Matrix™

• 2% Coding Organization Bonus, on One Star Platinum Coded Organizational Volume

• Qualifies for monthly car bonus of $500 with ownership documentation

Two Star Platinum IBO: 30 personally sponsored Commission Qualified IBOs who have each sponsored one or more commission qualified IBOs and 2 consecutive months of $30,000 Group Volume (including their own Personal Volume) within their Power Matrix™

• 3% Coding Organization Bonus, on Two Star Platinum Coded Organization Volume

• Qualifies for monthly car bonus of $750 with
  ownership documentation

Three Star Platinum IBO: 50 personally sponsored Commission Qualified IBOs who have each sponsored one or more commission qualified IBOs and 2 consecutive months $50,000 Group Volume (including their own
Personal Volume) within their Power Matrix™

• 5% Coding Organization Bonus, on Three Star Platinum Coded Organization Volume

• Qualifies for monthly car bonus of $1000 with ownership documentation

Note: Number of personally sponsored IBOs may occur over a series of months, but the number that are commission qualified applies to month of rank achievement. Rank achievement is retroactive to the 1st of the month.

Additional Bonuses:

Coding Organization Bonus

An IBO who has achieved Platinum status or higher is eligible to begin building Coding Organization Bonuses of 1% to 5%. These bonuses are paid to Active and Commission Qualified Platinum IBOs and higher on their Coded Organizations only.

Coded Organizations

Every IBO is encoded in four separate coding groups upon signing up. Each IBO is assigned to the same four coding groups as their sponsor, unless the sponsor has started their own coding group, in which case, the new IBO would be coded to their sponsor’s coding group. One important concept to understand with Coding is that it follows line of sponsorship and has nothing to do with the Matrix.

The four separate coding groups are:

• Platinum Coding Group

• One Star Platinum Coding Group

• Two Star Platinum Coding Group

• Three Star Platinum Coding Group

Every IBO is coded to one IBO in each of the four Coding Groups. An IBO can be coded to the same IBO in more than one Coding Group.

When an IBO achieves the rank of Platinum, beginning with their next personally sponsored IBO, all new personally sponsored IBOs get coded to them in the Platinum Coding Group. When these coded personally sponsored IBOs sponsor their own IBOs, they will also be coded to the same Platinum IBO in the Platinum Coding Group.

The IBO’s Platinum Coding Group will continue to be built in this fashion until another IBO in the Platinum Coding Group reaches the rank of Platinum. At this point, the first Platinum IBO’s Platinum Coding Group will stop on this particular line of sponsorship, and the newly qualified Platinum IBO will begin their Platinum.  Coding Group with their next personally sponsored IBO.

This same procedure is followed for each of the four Coding Groups.

When an IBO reaches a new rank, Platinum or above, their very next personally sponsored IBO begins their Coding Group at that rank.

IBOs with Coded Groups must qualify for each of their Coded Groups each month in order to be paid the associated bonuses. For example, an IBO who has a Two Star Platinum Coded Group will only be paid on their Two Star Platinum Coded Group if they themselves qualify as a Two Star Platinum IBO for the payout month.

Coding Organization Bonus

Coding Organization Bonuses are paid monthly.
Qualified IBOs are paid a percentage of the PV of each and every IBO coded to them in each of their
Coding Groups as follows:

• Platinum Coding Group – 1%

• One Star Platinum Coding Group – 2%

• Two Star Platinum Coding Group – 3%

• Three Star Platinum Coding Group – 5%
